1. General Terms and Conditions

Star Swim Schools Clyde will provide adequate supervision based on confirmed attendance numbers. In line with industry guidelines, no changes to final attendance numbers are allowed. Unfortunately, refunds or changes for children absent due to illness or other reasons on the day are not possible. Failure to confirm final numbers may result in cancellation of the party and forfeiture of the deposit. These measures ensure compliance with safety guidelines.

2. Age and Participant Limits

. Age Restrictions: Party activities are open to children ages 6 to 12. Children under 6 and over 12 are not permitted in party water activities.
. Participant Numbers:
. Ages 6–9: Maximum of 20 participants
. Ages 10–12: Maximum of 25 participants

3. Pool Party Activities

. Please inform guests that pool activities may involve deep-water areas.
. Notify party leaders of any:
. Inexperienced or non-confident swimmers
. Medical conditions that may affect a child’s participation in water activities.
. Log Runner Activity: Children must be able to swim 11 meters confidently in deep water to participate in this activity, located at the deep end of the 20m pool. Party leaders will assess swimming skills before this activity.
. Alternate Activities: If there are unexpected pool closures or equipment issues, alternative activities will be provided.
. After-Party Use of Facilities: You are welcome to continue using the aquatic facilities after the party, provided all center guidelines are followed:
. Active Supervision: Children under 10 must be actively supervised at all times.

4. Payments

. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
. Final payment must be completed before the party begins.
. Parents are welcome to assist with activities but must follow the instructions of party leaders.
. Host parents must remain at the center for the duration of the party. It is recommended that all parents remain onsite during the event.

5. Food and Personal Belongings

. Reheating or refrigerating outside food is not permitted.
. Glass and ceramic items are prohibited in the pool area.
. Alcohol is not permitted at Star Swim Schools Clyde facilities.
. Please clear all items and waste from your reserved party table at the end of the party.

6. Liability Waiver

By attending the facility, you assume all risks and release Star Swim Schools Clyde from liability for any damage, loss, death, or injury, except in cases of negligence by Star Swim Schools Clyde. In the event of an emergency requiring medical treatment, you authorize necessary care at your own expense.

7. Privacy

Star Swim Schools Clyde collects personal information for the purpose of providing services and fulfilling statutory obligations. Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as permitted or required by law. 8. Adherence to Center Rules

By booking and paying for a birthday party, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. Compliance with all center rules is expected throughout the event.
